Introduction
I started at Monotusk Studios as a Game UI/UX Designer and Pixel Artist Intern for three months. After that, I continued working as a Game UI Artist on Palm Sugar. My role primarily focuses on UI/UX design, creating pixel art assets, and designing level layouts - helping shape the game’s overall look and feel.

Key Learnings
Working on Palm Sugar Game has been a great learning opportunity, helping me sharpen my approach to Game UI Design. I've learned to balance clarity, usability, and aesthetics, ensuring that each asset/component fits into the game's art style. Designing level layouts has also pushed me to reconsider player experience and gameplay flow in a more thoughtful way.
Aside from technical aspects, this project has taught me the importance of collaboration - iterating on designs, refining assets based on feedback, and honing my skills in Aseprite and Unity. Every challenge has been an opportunity for growth, and I'm excited to keep evolving as a Game UI Artist.
